Moreover, the weekly deliveries of fresh seafood from Forster’s uncle in Hawaii includes ten to 15 selections of nearly 40 varieties. Mussel farmers on Prince Edward Island off the coast of Canada supply that local favorite.
cut! also will offer prepared meals from dish! upstairs. “The businesses are going to fuse,” says Delonay. “We will cross-utilize our fresh products. It’s becoming a family of businesses.”
Live lobsters will be sold on weekends, with the day caught and origin information available. Customers can pre-order for their barbecue needs.
