More on the Epic Pass
Best deal in the ski industry
Vail Resorts rocked the ski world in March with the announcement of its new six-mountain, season ski pass for $579, offering unrestricted access to Arapahoe Basin, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Heavenly (Calif.) and Vail.
Unlike the less-expensive but restricted Colorado Pass, which is blacked out during peak holiday periods, unlimited in Summit County but only offers ten days at Vail or Beaver Creek, the Epic Pass can be purchased online and is aimed at out-of-state, destination guests, according to the ski company. The Colorado Pass is targeted more to Front Range snow riders.

I own a restaurant in the Vail Valley and feel that the Epic Pass is great for the valley because it is a big pull for people on the fence for where they want to ski for there annual vacation. I think the Epic pass will definately put heads on pillows. http://www.vail.travel/planning/vail-epic-pass.htm
