IT's A DUCK INVASION!
Enjoy an entertaining Sunday afternoon August 31 when the Vail Rotary Club brings 13,500 ducks, each with its own number, to Vail Village. Hurtled into Gore Creek, they frantically race to the finish where fabulous prizes are awarded. The festivities run from 11am to 3pm. Each duck costs a mere five bucks and discounts are available for some multi-duck purchases.
The annual event, always a crowd pleaser, benefits Rotary scholarships to high school and college students.
