Two Vail Valley home tours are on tap this summer. The first, held September 7, is Cordillera’s third annual Homes & Garden Tour.
This year’s tour, featuring some of the most dramatic homes and grounds of the Cordillera Ranch community, benefits Habitat for Humanity and the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens.
Later in the month (September 21), the Vail Mountain School’s Home Tour will feature some of Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch’s most spectctauar homes. Proceeds from the Mountain School’s Home Tour help fund need-based scholarships for nearly 30 percent of the students at the college preparatory school.
Tickets for the Cordillera tour are $30 and include a year’s subscription to Mountain Living magazine. Tickets for the Vail Mountain School Home are $45 in advance and $50 on the tour day and includes lunch.
