Meet the Chefs Reception 
Join us for a casual cocktail reception welcoming our guest chefs and featuring unique Colorado-style hors d'oeuvres prepared by our Beaver Creek host chefs. You’ll meet and mingle with all of the chefs who will be participating throughout the weekend.

Snowshoe & Gourmet Lunch -- SOLD OUT
Enjoy one of Beaver Creek's best kept secrets-a guided snowshoe tour at the beautiful and secluded McCoy Park Nordic area. You'll arrive back at the base with a mountain-sized appetite and ready for a gourmet lunch prepared by Guest Chef Lachlan MacKinnon Patterson and Grouse Mountain Grill's Executive Chef, David Gutowski. You will also enjoy wine pairings during this multi-course luncheon. Event Location: Meet at the Beaver Creek Hiking Center at 9:30AM. Lunch will be held at the Grouse Mountain Grill, located in the Pines Lodge Beaver Creek.

Après-Ski Burgers and Beers
This event elevates après-ski burgers and beers to a higher culinary level. This fun, fresh mix-and-mingle event will satisfy your after-skiing thirst and hunger with delights from the best "grillers" in the business, including guest chefs Tim Love and Richard Sandoval and with Beaver Creek chefs Jay McCarthy and Christian Apetz.

Fundraiser Dinner at Allie's Cabin with Guest Chef John Besh
This exclusive dinner at Allie's Cabin will be prepared by guest chef John Besh and local chef Rick Weems and paired with exquisite wines. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Vail Symposium. 

Fundraiser Dinner at Splendido with Guest Chef Marc Murphy
Savor a delectable dinner at Splendido prepared by guest chef Marc Murphy and Splendido's executive chef, David Walford. Each course will be paired with the perfect wine. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Bright Future Foundation.

Fundraiser Dinner at Mirabelle with Guest Chef Stephanie Izard
Treat yourself to dinner prepared by Top Chef winner Stephanie Izard and Beaver Creek's Daniel Joly, owner and executive chef of Mirabelle. Premier wines will complement this multi-course dinner. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Vail Valley Youth Foundation.

First Tracks Breakfast
Early birds can be the first to ski Beaver Creek Mountain and then enjoy the ultimate breakfast of champions designed by guest chef Richard Sandoval. Event Location: Meet at the Centennial Chairlift at 7:30AM sharp! Breakfast will be hosted in the Spruce Saddle Lodge starting at 8AM.
